Position Type: - Pre-Kindergarten/Early Childhood/ Lead Teacher Date Posted: 3/30/2026 Location: Holy Family Bilingual, Seattle Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School is looking for a Preschool Lead Teacher for the 206-27 school year. This teaching position entails teaching in a Spanish Immersion classroom with 2.5 and three year-old students. Applicants considered for this position must be bilingual in Spanish and English and have the ability to teach 100% of the day in the Spanish language. Successful applicants: -Have experience in similar teaching positions and a passion for working within a bilingual Catholic community. -Have knowledge of curriculum planning in all subjects -Have experience using curricular resources and an openness to learn -Are team players and thrive within a highly-collaborative environment. -Agree to work in a Catholic teaching environment and uphold Catholic values and teachings. -Uphold best practices in classroom management and discipline, creating a safe learning environment for all. -Are knowledgeable about providing differentiated learning experiences for students with different learning needs -Are adept at creating positive relationships with parents and families in the effort of partnering in each child's education. *Applicants must hold all Early Education teaching requirements before August 21, 2026. *A current Washington State teaching certificate is encouraged but not required. Salary : Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications. Salary range is $48,000-$70,000 per year.
