Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience. 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business
development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with digital advertising
campaigns and platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, or DV360.
Experience in customer-facing consulting or sales roles. Ability to
communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to
deliver compelling stories. Ability to analyze datasets, identify
actionable insights, and communicate findings. Ability to deliver

Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the

US base salary range for this full-time position is
$88,000-$125,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Drive revenue objectives by identifying and
pitching Google Ads solutions that meet customer needs and
highlight competitive differentiation. Executive sales strategies
in collaboration with internal partners (Account Executive (AEs),
Product Specialists) based on a deep understanding of the customer
and market research. Own campaign implementation, optimization, and
measurement, ensuring progress towards customer objectives and
maintaining account hygiene. Utilize AI-powered tools and internal
Google sales tools (e.g., Connect Sales, dashboards) to gather
insights, work efficiently, and inform campaign strategies and
track performance trends and identify recurring upsell
opportunities to build a pipeline and drive future account growth.
Expand knowledge of Google's advertising solutions and the
competitive landscape to translate customer objectives into
effective campaign plans and build and sustain relationships with
key customer stakeholders to understand their unique business
challenges and campaign objectives.
