driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and
Trainer. This is an independent contractor role where you'll play a
key part in attracting new business clients and mentoring our
growing sales team. About the Role This is an in-the-field,
business-to-business sales position. You'll work directly with
business decision-makers to develop customized supplemental
insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. The ideal
candidate is a self-reliant, goal-oriented professional who thrives
in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed. As a
Sales Representative and Trainer, you'll balance achieving personal
sales goals with coaching and developing others to reach their full
potential. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development
Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance
solutions directly in the field, going business to business. Build
and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure
client satisfaction and retention. Consistently meet sales goals by
identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining
ethical sales practices. Training and Mentorship Provide hands-on
training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them
succeed. Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a
high-performance culture. Conduct workshops and individual training
sessions to foster professional growth and team success. Desired
Qualifications You're goal-driven, competitive, and
people-oriented, with a passion for building meaningful
relationships and helping others succeed. Organized, empathetic,
and results-focused, you thrive in environments where your positive
attitude can inspire others. Experience: Proven success in B2B
sales, ideally with experience mentoring or training others. Strong
communication and relationship-building skills. Tech-savvy,
adaptable, and comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products. Why

Location: Remote, with business-to-business field meetings in your
community Schedule: MondayFriday, with occasional weekends as
needed Compensation: $75,000 $95,000 per year (base draw,
