The Regional Account Director will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services tailored to client needs. Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts within the designated region. Maintain strong relationships with current clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive security solutions that meet client needs. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Provide leadership and guidance to the account management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Prepare detailed reports on regional sales performance, market trends, and competition. Ensure adherence to legal guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards. Strong leadership abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle multiple accounts effectively High-level negotiation and conflict resolution skills Keen analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP) is preferred. Relevant state and federal law enforcement or security certifications may be advantageous.
