Direct Sales Representative/n Location: Seattle greater market,
Bellevue, Kirkland, WA (Eastside) territory /n /n Opportunity to
earn up to $90,000 annually, unlimited earning potential with
uncapped commissions! /n Opportunity to earn a targeted
compensation up to $85,000 to $90,000 at full attrition with a
$32,000 base salary! We offer a $32,000 base with a commission plan

Broadband is currently searching for a MDU Direct Sales
Representative in the Seattle, WA greater location, Bellevue,
Kirkland, WA (Eastside) territory! Our MDU Direct Sales
Representatives are responsible for promoting and selling our
Astound Services; Data, Phone, and Video, throughout a specific
market via door-to-door sales and events to prospective residential
customers. This is a face-to-face and door-to-door position; It’s
not easy for everyone, however, the base salary and uncapped
commission compensation is designed for excellent earnings
potential! /n /n /n /n /n Where you will work: /n /n - This is a
dynamic opportunity to represent our multifamily sales initiatives.
The sales representative will build relationships with community
organizations, condo associations and property management groups of
apartment buildings with 50 units within our serviceable footprint.
/n - This individual may be based in the field, with the ability to
travel into the nearest office as needed /n /n A Day in the Life of
the Direct Sales Representative, Multi-Family: /n /n - Cultivate
individual sales through relationship building and maintaining a
bi-weekly sales quota /n - Obtain new customers in a multifamily
residential environment through professional, face-to-face
interaction with residents, property management groups, and other
referral sources /n - Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily
/n - Understand every unique element of assigned properties within
portfolio /n - Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic
marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awareness /n - Manage new
building on-boarding process to drive subscriptions and drive
penetration. Update CRM with relevant information on a daily basis
/n - Review and understand property contract language, service
levels, restrictions, and obligations /n - Understand customer
needs and articulate solutions /n - Create, plan and execute
regular multifamily property resident events /n - Attend mandatory
sales meetings /n - Report sales statistics accurately and promptly
to management /n - Stay up to date with what the competition is
doing in your market /n /n What You Bring to the Table: /n /n -
Ability to work in a fast paced challenging environment /n - Enjoys
working outdoors "on the hunt" since 90% of all work is in the
field /n - Excellent communications, relationship building,
organizational, presentation and influence skills /n - You have a
positive, creative and persuasive personality /n - Must be a
motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously
/n - Must be detail oriented and has highly developed
organizational and time management skills /n - You are sales-quota
driven /n - This is a face-to-face and door-to-door position. It’s

potential! /n - Must have valid driver's license and reliable

salary range in Washington for this position is $32,000, plus
opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. It
is specific to WA and may not be applicable to other locations. /n
Commissions at plan: Uncapped commissions with targeted commissions
at full attainment could be up to or over $56,000 annually. Our
sales total compensation offers the potential for significant
upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their
