Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a support point of contact for inquiries from potential and
existing Family Care beneficiaries and community-based
organizations
Accurately assist with document enrollment requests, status
changes, complaints, and grievances
Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in
rules/guidelines and other related program policies
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school
diploma or GED
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Must pass pre-employment screening
