Pacific Golf & Turf has an awesome opportunity for the right individual!! - We are an established company that strives to be the best at taking care of our customers. - We are a Regional Equipment Distributor seeking an inside Retail Sales Rep at our new Tacoma, Washington location to be responsible for sales related to Retail products for EZGO and Cushman in the territory. - The position will handle all aspects of the sales process of new and used equipment. - Brief Description of Job Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and guests with assistance during their visit to the branch
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the facility
• Handle sales for walk-in customers by presenting the products, providing product information, pricing, and completing the sales process
• Drive sales by prospecting and selling over the phone, website and email while logging interactions within Salesforce
• Determine appropriate inventory for retail display and price properly
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom according to showroom plan with sales manager
• Monitor inventory levels to determine the right mix of new vehicles with used and refurbished cars
• Create and maintain presentation of vehicles at branch to drive walk in traffic
• Recommend orders for new inventory from EZGO, and refurb center for used inventory
• Develop and recommend marketing strategy for retail product in the Tacoma area
• Oversee branch operations
• Recommend parts and accessories for retail sales and for up sale on retail cars
• Perform other duties as assigned - Qualification Requirements:
  Sales of equipment experience preferred.Associates degree or more preferred.Successful candidate will have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team.Candidate must have an attention to detail and be able to multi-task.Quality customer service a must.General office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, general knowledge of a 10-key calculator and CRT/Data Entry. Excellent Communication and organizational skills required.Experience with driving while pulling a trailer a plus.Ability to solve practical problems and ability to read/interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.Position is contingent on approval of Department of Motor Vehicle driving abstract. -Hourly, Full Time Position
  Compensation: Competitive hourly wage of $24.00 - $28.85 per hour DOE; Commissions $50 per car sold, and bonus plan opportunities.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance available. - A 401(k) Plan is available, with a company match. Leave: 5 days vacation, 5 days sick, and 8 holidays
  Store Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, closed Sunday and Monday
