Job Description:
Party Chief - Land Surveyor, Field Webuild (webuildstaffing.com ) is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor, Party Chief to lead 2 to 4-man land survey field crews within the Western, Washington State Marketplace. The ideal individual would have 5+ years of experience working as a Party Chief, managing crews and equipment operation for the collection of data and performing calculations in relation to the development of Alta, Boundary / Topographical surveys and construction staking. Must have knowledge of Leica, Trible robotic and total station equipment. Responsibilities will include working with in-office personnel in determination of field survey needs, assembling appropriate equipment, manpower and performance of all field surveying related to commercial and residential development projects for the organization. Candidates must have capabilities to transfer data upon return from the field into computer systems. Requires a AA degree, High School Diploma and/or direct hands-on field experience. Washington State PLS and/or LSIT registration preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
