DescriptionStarting Salary Range:$46 -$63 per hourNon-ExemptUS
Applicants OnlyHours: 7am-4pm. Some jobs require schedule
flexibility. General Position Summary:The primary focus of this
position is to provide support services to our existing customers,
tenant improvements, system upgrades, and work with project
engineers to startup and commission construction projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide building analytics,
maintenance, and system repairs on existing building automation
systems.Program databases for all supported systems to meet
specified sequences of operation and equipment manufacturers
recommendations, in accordance with company standards and controls
drawings.Perform calibration and check-out of control systems
"Point to Point" and ensures that specified sequence of operations
and commissioning requirements are met in a timely manner. Work
with graphics coordinator to provide the labor and expertise for
the preparation and delivery of graphical user interfaces when
required for projects based on design and contractual obligations.
Position RequirementsPrimary Skills and Abilities:DDC/system
programming skills.Strong external/internal customer service and
customer relationship skills.Strong electrical and mechanical
system knowledge. Experience with electronics and basic electrical
circuits.Credentials and Experience: 5 years of experience working
in the Building Automation IndustryTridium\Niagara N4 certified
(preferred)Experience with Distech (preferred) HVAC and Mechanical
system experienceComputer and networking skillsSupervisory
Responsibility:None Licensing or Other Special Certifications
