Job Description:
A company is looking for a Caseworker Grievance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, resolve, and communicate issues, questions, or concerns
regarding coverage and benefits provided through Medicare Part
D
Collaborate with different departments to support research and
resolution of member issues
Provide verbal and/or written responses to members explaining issue
resolutions
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience using various computer
applications and complex databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and
Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
