Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Lead and manage all project teams including subcontractors and vendors
- Organize and schedule work, assign resources, and delegate tasks
- Monitor and communicate project progress and any issues or changes
Essential Job Functions:
- Residential remodeling management experience
- Experience managing high-end projects ranging $1mil+
- Good tenure within past companies
- Carpentry background required
- Ability to be hands-on when needed to help complete projects
- Proven track record of managing a project from start to completion as the only supervisor on site
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and quality
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90k to $110k Base + Bonus, full benefits, PTO, and a 401k.
