Despite our continuous growth, we haven'tlost sight of our core value of putting our employees and customers first.We are looking for a self-motivated Swing Shift Production Supervisor for ourCENTRALIA, WA facility to work alongside us as we move into new markets.Qualified candidates will preferably have 4-5 years truss building experience, andat least 1-year supervisory experience. Must be able to demonstrate a desire tolearn and grow in the position to help us as we continue to provide a superiorquality product and a high level of customer service.Responsibilities:Ensures proper truss assembly by reading and reviewing work orders,designs, shop cutting lists and production schedules.Coordinates production and delivery of trusses according to deadlines whileworking in collaboration with the Production Manager and Deliverydepartment.Determines employee job placement by reviewing the work crews'efficiency, attitudes, and need for cross training.Requires compliance with safety and company policy standards by thoroughknowledge and enforcement of The Truss Company's' safety andemployment policies.Completes weekly and month-end inventory in a timely manner.Qualifications:Detail oriented and strong organization skills. The ability to prioritizeeffectively is a MUST!Exercise sound judgement and display initiative and innovation on the job.Ability to communicate effectively with others and works well in a teamenvironment.Strong leadership and performance coaching skills.Use and enforce safe work practices.The expected starting pay range is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on thecandidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees withinthe same job classification.For more information on THE TRUSS COMPANY, please visit our website atwww.thetrussco.com.
