Job OverviewWe recently partnered with one of the TOP Roofing companies in the country that is looking for a Roofing Estimator!Roofing Estimator Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

• 5-10 years of experience as an Estimator in the Roofing Estimator Industry
• Estimator has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
• Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.
• Review and analyze budget reports and prepare and develop budget modifications and recommendationsRoofing Estimator Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of various Roofing systems, materials, construction processes and theories as an Estimator
  • Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality
  • Build and develop productive working relationships with other department managers and management personnel
