**Job Summary:**

Provides assistance with warehouse operations by receiving, processing, distributing and inventorying medical supplies and equipment for the Franciscan Health System (FHS) in accordance with established procedures.

_Duties include:_

+ Supporting assigned warehouse, which may include (but are not limited to) receiving orders, inspecting equipment/items for damage, stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and packaging/loading items for delivery/shipping.

+ Order entry, record keeping, or inventory tracking on a computer system.

+ Cleaning, maintaining and minor repairs of equipment.

An incumbent will have contact with patients, medical providers, and staff regarding equipment/items, requiring strong customer service skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations and medical equipment is required. Depending on assignment, an incumbent may deliver and assemble/set-up equipment/supplies to patient homes and institutions.

**Essential Duties:**

+ Receives, unpacks, and stocks supplies in warehouse; logs equipment and supplies in computerized system.

+ Prepares and loads supplies for delivery or shipment.

+ Monitors inventory levels of supplies and equipment; completes paperwork and documents in accordance with established guidelines.

+ Inspects equipment and supplies, performing necessary cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs according to guidelines.

**Education/Work Experience Requirements:**

Six months of related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities.


If delivery duties are assigned, a current Washington State driver's license is required.
