A Tacoma-based manufacturer ofspecialized, chemically etched electronic parts for the medical and science industries has a full-time , temp-to-hire opening on their team for a Production Associate.
No previous etching experience required ! They will train on all aspects of their production process and providesupport for you while you learnnew skills.

Entry Level Production Associate Job Duties:

Preparing small sheets of copper and stainless steel (averagingless than 10lbs each) to be run through etching machine
Processing the copper sheets through a steam wash machine topre-treat items for imaging
Dipping sheets into a liquid solution after etching to clean off the metal and remove etched pieces
Use a forklift to move raw inventory (will train and certify)
Perform quality control

You will be successful in this roleif you like working for a small company with close-knit feel, are eager to learn new skills, and enjoy being active on the job.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm w/occasional overtime until 5pm

Entry Level Production Associate Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion, most commonly 10-15lbs
Comfortable standing for an 8 hour shift
Okay working in an area with strong chlorine-like smell

Pay: $16 an hour
