We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Strategic Projects and Programs (SPP) team, reporting to the senior manager of Strategic Projects and Programs. In this remote role, you will translate business requirements to functional requirements, use best practices to design system capabilities, and enable efficiency and productivity in the sales tech stack. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business requirements and functional designs align with business ROIs and success criteria. You will own planning, requirements gathering, testing/validation, post-deployment testing, and issue resolution for the Worldwide Field Operations team.

You have a strong passion for system functionality and integration, are organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable to changing priorities. What you'll do: -

  • Manage system issues and enhancements submitted on behalf of the Worldwide Field Operations teams, primarily for but not limited to Salesforce.com
  • Gather and deliver complete business requirements based on clear user stories and align these to functional requirements for developers
  • Prioritize, develop, and track project plans to manage complex enhancement requests
  • Develop strong partnerships with IT, Sales, Finance, and other functional organizations
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively providing awareness of new features and functionality
  • Coordinate and actively participate in UAT and post-deployment testing with the Worldwide Sales Ops extended team and support enablement and adoption in the field
  • Represent the SPP team in technical conversations and support communication of request status out to the Worldwide Field Operations team
  • Proactively identify and analyze system and process inefficiencies and manage projects to correct or automate the process
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths, and managing relationships across the organization What you'll bring:
    • 3+ years of experience in back-office operations in the high-tech industry; sales operations experience preferred
    • Salesforce.com admin experience preferred
    • Experience with other sales ops systems-Outreach.io, LeanData, Clari, Tableau beneficial
    • Ability to identify and analyze systems and process gaps and how they translate into enhancement requests
    • A track record of creativity, innovation, and being a self-starter
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a strong business sense
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly as organizational priorities and deadlines shift
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills

      • Develop a solid understanding of the processes and current architectural state
      • Understand the key stakeholders and their respective roles
      • Be engaged in current enhancements and tracking the roadmap and priorities After about a year, you will---
        • Lead discussions within development meetings
        • Represent the enhancement roadmap to our stakeholder community
