The Data Analyst for our PeopleReady JobStack initiative will
work in close collaboration with finance and business operations
leaders to provide analysis and reporting on customer, associate
and employee usage and financial results related to JobStack. This
position is based in Tacoma, WA or Chicago, IL, reports to the
Senior Director of PeopleReady FP&A and works closely the
Operational Leaders. Key responsibilities for the position are:
JobStack Analytical Support - Assist finance and operations leaders
in analysis of JobStack usage and associated financial results.
Includes, but not limited to, analyzing: User trends, profiles,
usage types, industries, and identifying opportunities to increase
associate and client usage, and drive additional revenue. Fill
rates (digital and branch) and identifying opportunities to
increase revenue. Prepare & Analyze reporting packages - Develop
and publish regular JobStack reporting packages to senior
PeopleReady leaders: Prepare reports and analysis for earnings
calls, board meetings, and executive leaders, and assist in
analysis of results to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
Provide financial modeling to help predict outcomes. Forecast and
Budget Support - Provide support to leadership during quarterly
forecasting and annual budget processes related to operating and
capital expense as well as revenue projections. Requirements: The
successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, the
ability to manage large quantities of data, proficient business
acumen and a customer service mindset. He or she is self-motivated
and always seeking new, data driven insights related to the
JobStack initiative. A successful candidate will have a strong work
ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. In addition,
the successful candidate should have the following: Bachelor's
Degree in an analytic discipline (e.g. mathematics, statistics,
economics, finance) with 3-5 years related experience or 5+ years
of related experience. Strong analytical, modeling, and reporting
skills with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and
prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment.
Experience with multi-source data collection and preparation.
Ability to handle significant quantities of data with high levels
of accuracy. Ability to communicate with and influence senior
leaders. Ability to prepare and present data analysis to "non-data"
audience. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills; knowledge of SQL and
