Job Overview
The Growth Specialist, Channel Partners plays a crucial role in driving growth with channel partners newly on-boarded to T-Mobile. This role will work to build the business of new partners with T-Mobile after they have completed their first sale.

The Growth Specialist, Channel Partners will identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to T-Mobile, clearly communicating the value proposition and outlining expectations for mutual success. They will develop trusting relationships with new channel partners to understand their business needs and path for mutual success. This includes successfully completing the on-boarding journey, adjusting to new requirements as they arise. Cultivating new sales opportunities to identify expansion to new use cases or net new solutions is a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate has competency in partner- and customer-first thinking, change & innovation, strategy development, account planning and management, as well as relationship building & influencing business leaders internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage new indirect partner lifecycle from on-boarding to first sale, ensuring the partner has received proper onboarding training and sales enablement tools to generate new leads that lead to sales growth for T-Mobile for Business and the channel partner.
  • Ensure sales targets are established, agreed upon and achieved with the newly on-boarded partner. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure objectives are met.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, expanding to new use cases or net new solutions to drive continuous growth.

    Education and Work Experience:
    • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
    • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
    • 4-7 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience in technology Preferred
    • 4-7 years Technologically proficient in IoT, and/or related industry Preferred

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
      • Knowledge Management Experience with large multi-year sophisticated deals. (Preferred)
      • Communication Outstanding verbal and non-verbal skills, confident communicator. (Required)
      • Organization Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy; effective collaborator; goal setting. (Required)
      • Business Acumen Candidate should demonstrate several key business acumen skills such as Leadership (trustworthiness, time management, cheerful outlook, self-motivation); Strategic Thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning); Analytical Skills (research, attention to detail); Problem Solving (research, active listening). (Required)

          Total Target Cash Pay Range: $84,900 - $153,200, inclusive of target incentives

          Base Pay Range: $59,430 - $107,240

          The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
