Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Lead to build and
manage a customer service function for a pre-launch B2B Fintech
product.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule, plan, and implement customer support strategies
Handle escalations and challenging customer situations
Develop and maintain customer support documentation and collaborate
with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a customer support team lead or
equivalent
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make
data-driven decisions
Product-oriented mindset and user-first approach to decision
making
Strong desire to learn, grow, and increase impact over time
Experience in the FinTech industry
