Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Account Client Liaison.
Responsibilities:
Access client's HRIS and payroll systems to verify eligibility
information
Work with client contacts to obtain job descriptions and clarify
information needed
Administratively assist in client's absence/leave and return to
work process
Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge of Group Insurance business
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Demonstrated ability to translate complex issues into a concise
plan
Demonstrated planning/organizational skills
Customer focus and ability to meet expectations
