Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interview Specialist to provide
professional guidance and improve students' interviewing
skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare students for the interview process through practice
interviews and resume conversations
Lead practice sessions with multiple students per day, setting
expectations and conducting video interviews
Identify and articulate action plans for each student to improve
their interviewing ability
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent in education and experience
Two years of experience in management, recruiting/human resources,
or education
Experience mentoring or assisting in the professional development
of others
Proficient in MS Office and other business tools
Able to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
