Job Description:

Assist with basic security functions by providing Safety and Security duties.

Respond to observations and/or complaints of suspicious activity and provide solutions.

Complete related written reports before going home.

Interact professionally and efficiently with Law Enforcement and Fire personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and report activity while performing foot patrol duties in all types of weather.
• Respond to suspicious activity (or to reports of) and resolve the activity
• Complete written reports as necessary/directed
• Communicate effectively with two-way radio
• Complete special assignments as directed
• Access control, observation and reporting is the majority of this duty assignment
• Investigate all complaints and calls for service and resolve them
  Qualifications:
  
  • A combination of 2 or more years of work experience in security services or law enforcement.
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to read write and communicate professionally in the English language
  • Must meet the qualifications to obtain a Washington State Guard card
  • Must be able to carry/drag lift objects up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to walk, climb, stand, bend and climb stairs
  • Must be able to work in varying outdoor weather (Heat, Cold, Rain and Snow)
  • Reliable modes of transportation
  • Have basic knowledge of computer and mobile phone applications
  • Understand basic two way radio procedures
