Job DescriptionWhat do our Customer Care Representatives do?This is an in-Office roleOur Customer Care Representatives are knowledgeable, energetic, and consistently deliver the best overall customer experience. To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate, and customer obsessed while serving customers and potential consumers in the pest control industry. Responsibilities include placing outbound calls to people who have expressed an interest in Pest Control services, evaluating customers' current situation, and dispatching sales to the field.Responsibilities also Include demonstrating a strong work ethic and capacity to handle high work volume in a great teamwork environment along with the following: Acting as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor for pest control products and services that meet customer needs.Providing creative, reliable, and personalized resolution of customer concerns to retain existing customers and maintain their regular servicesResponsible for generating new business as well as reconnecting with customers who have not used our pest control services in an extended periodMaintaining continued personalized contact with customers after retaining an existing customer or selling a new customer to regularly exceed customer expectationsProviding timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.Ensuring thorough and accurate response to customer inquiries and if necessary, partnering with appropriate department personnelProcessing customer orders/changes/etc. according to established department policies and procedures.Recording details of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints along with details and actions are taken.Performing outbound calls regarding account balances with current customersWhat do we offer?Competitive Salary - $17.00/hourly DOEHealth, dental, vision, and short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, critical illness, and accident insurance401(k) retirement savings with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) + Holiday PayEducational and career development opportunitiesWhat do you need?High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of customer service experiencePrior call center experience preferredMust possess a professional and friendly attitude and the ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone; excellent phone etiquetteMust be a self-motivated individual who possesses problem-solving skills and enjoys new challengesProven ability to resolve issues and multi-task, good organizational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPunctuality and reliable attendance are a must.Must exhibit a high level of professionalismDesire to work in a collaborative team environmentThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of the work being performed by employees assigned to this classification; they are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.PURCOR is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
