Job Description:

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner while providing administrative support as needed. Additional duties include promoting good guest service, acts as point of contact for incoming visitors, responds to telephone inquiries and resolves called issues and concerns. Notifies appropriate departments and escalates situations as needed. Receives, sorts and distributes department mail, performs administrative work as needed and answers property inquiries to guests. Performs additional job duties as assigned for the department manager. Starting wage is $16.32/hr, increasing to $16.88/hr upon successful completion of a 90-day orientation period.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. One year of receptionist and administrative experience is required. Customer Service experience required. Additional related experience of education may substitute for the minimum requirements.Must be able to obtain a Class IIIB gaming license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
