Job Description
Primary duties but not limited to are maintaining cleanliness of
recycle rooms, trash removal from refuse rooms, cleaning overhead
community lights which requires being able to climb a ladder,
egress door cleaning an occasionally helping with room cleaning or
room turns for marketing. This candidate will be crossed trained to
ensure they are able to complete all areas of the housekeeping
department if needed.
Qualifications
Prior custodial work/housekeeping preferred but not required. Able
to communicate well with staff and residents. Able to work the
required days which is Tuesday-Saturday with the option of full
time or part time.-- -
