Description A Coating Worker Job is available in Fife, WA at Milgard Windows and Doors. In this role, you will assist the Painter in preparing the paint application by preparing the window or door for painting application. You should have one plus year of similar work experience in a manufacturing environment. Coating Worker Job responsibilities include: Prepare vinyl and ABS surfaces for painting applications. Focus on quality and timely delivery of completed tasks to achieve customer satisfaction Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures Drive for Results in a fast-paced, high volume environment Perform other duties as requested, as this is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Requirements Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. One year of similar work experience in assembly, manufacturing, and/or factory preferred, but not required.
