Positions Now for full time, long term employment

Experience a Plus, but not required

• Landscape Installation: Experience with grading & drainage, retaining wall construction, complex commercial irrigation systems.
• Equipment operation: Ability to use basic loaders, skid steers, trailers and other landscape equipment with safety & efficiency, other equipment includes backhoes, power augers, grading rakes, tillers, etc. experience is a plus, but not required.
• Good knowledge of plant and soil types; horticulture and professional landscaping practices is a huge plus
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire confidence and professionalism to our customers.
• Communicate and solve problems
• Reliability and Respect for your team members
• Equipment operation.
• General hours of work M-F or 4-10's
