Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. We currently have five treatment locations in Lewis County. Cascade is currently seeking a Master's level Child and Adolescent Counselor or a Bachelor's level Clinician. This position is responsible for delivery of clinical services to identified clients. Ability to collect data from initial assessment and other clinical tools to adequately facilitate and provide treatment planning; provide individual, family and group therapy services with an emphasis on the program specific population. What You'll Do: Provide intake assessments and treatment planning. (Master's (MHP) Clinicians only. Provide individual, family, group, and case management services to assigned clients. Coordinate treatment services with schools and other relevant agencies. Maintains records and reports in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Participates in supervision, consultation, and training at the direction of the Program Director. What you'll need to get the job done: Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences required. Mental Health Professional Certification, or eligible to obtain required if Master's level counselor. Washington State Counselor license or Associate license preferred. Must be eligible to obtain Agency Affiliated Credential if not licensed or hold associate license. Bilingual preferred. Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check. A national background check may be required if you haven't lived in WA State consecutively the last 3 years. Must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team. Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner. Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Must comply with agency policies and procedures. Must maintain current home telephone and address on file with the HR office. Hours of Work: This position will normally require that the employee work a standard, Monday through Friday, forty (40) hour week. This position is classified as being "non-exempt" according to the Fair Labor Standards Act. What You'll Love About Us: Meaningful work.
