Responsibilities

CommonSpirit Health is looking for an Epic System Director of Revenue Cycle Technologies who will report to the System VP of Revenue Cycle and Medical Imaging Technologies. This leader will work in collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Informatics and IT & Digital leaders across the ministry to drive application strategies, operations, roadmaps and product delivery for Epic revenue cycle applications and other 3rd party revenue cycle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage revenue cycle vendor relationships
  • Manage multiple teams, 60+ resources coordinating and leading operations for the team
  • Performance management of staff including hiring, evaluating, coaching, counseling and career development
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Management team to successfully manage project resources and timelines
  • Drive application standards and optimization efforts
  • Meet operational SLA's related to steady state application support

Colorado Compensation Range: $143,000 to $186,000

Position is eligible for incentive pay based on company performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree; Masters degree preferred. May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8-10 years of solid, diverse work experience in supporting revenue cycle application areas required
  • extensive Epic revenue cycle applications knowledge required
  • 5-7 years in an IT management role for application development, implementation and/or support required.
