Composite Fabrication Tech - Precision Design Plastics is a
small, high quality custom composite fabrication shop, located in
Rainier, WA and were looking to add 3-5 composite fabrication
craftsmen to our team.
We build a variety of products components for race cars,
motorcycles, automotive, healthcare and canine products. Our
processes include open molding, RTM, vacuum bagging and vacuum
infusion. Work is primarily with polyester, but also vinyl ester
and epoxy resins.
Were looking for a craftsman who takes pride in their
workmanship. Wed prefer you have experience in laminating and
trimming, but - if you have an eye for detail, are a fast learner,
possess visionary ability, have excellent hand-eye coordination,
and are experienced with electric and air hand tools - you may be a
perfect fit. A position in tooling which would require autobody
refinishing type skills may also become available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a small shop (less
than 10), team members work both independently and with others
throughout the entire part process. Other duties may be assigned

near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; and

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Team
member must be able to safely lift and move heavy objects,
sometimes exceeding 60 pounds. Team member needs dexterity, ample
range of movement and excellent eye vision.
