Description:A Spanish Bilingual Consumer Service Technical SupportRepresentative you will be assisting consumers with a variety of calls: Providing online connection support for the Nintendo gamingsystems. Assisting consumers with setting up and/or using a wirelessnetwork with their Nintendo gaming system(s). Troubleshooting connection problems including walkingconsumers' through network security settings and router settings. Answering consumer questions regarding the online features oftheir Nintendo game systems. Documenting and forward consumer comments. Collaborating and sharing solutions with members of the Techteam. Answering consumer calls from children and adults. Navigating computers via remote access. Summary of Job Duties: Troubleshooting online connection problems. Recording consumer feedback. Collecting, documenting, and researching technical problems todevelop solutions and resources for the department.You MAY be trained to assist with Nintendo Wii and WiFi productsdepending on call volumes needs. This may include: Answering consumer questions regarding the wireless featuresof the Nintendo gaming systems and setting up and/or using a wireless network. Answering consumer questions regarding the gaming systems WiFiconnections. Answering incoming and makes outbound calls to providetechnical assistance to users experiencing problems with the Wi-Fi connectionand Virtual Console.Start Dates: April 14th Availability: Must be available Mon-Sun 7am- 4pm. (Attendance is very important can't miss a day of trainingfor the first Month of training or you will be let go)Skills:Call Center, in bound, resolution, wi fi, Top Skills Details:customer service, typing, wireless knowledgeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Successful representatives must have the following skills: Acommitment and a passion to satisfy customer needs.
