The Ambulatory Care Navigator Coordinator (ACN-C) is part of an
interdisciplinary care team consisting of physicians, clinical
professionals and social workers to assist in the cross continuum
approach to hospital transitions. This position will be a key
component to achieving collaborative practices that exemplify
MultiCare Health System's commitment to patient centered care,
community engagement, and focus on transition of care for patients
with physical and behavioral healthcare needs.Minimum
Requirements:
Post-secondary coursework, preferably in a health related field; or
1 year experience in a health care setting, preferably in clinical
role such as medical assistant, certified nursing assistant or
EMT
Experience in utilization management, community resources, and/or
financial and quality issues affecting patient care desirable
Community Health Worker experience
Education/Licenses/Certifications:

We are excited to announce that MultiCare has reached an agreement
to acquire the majority ownership interest in Capital Medical
Center in Olympia, Washington. This will expand MultiCare's ability

Friday, our first group of frontline workers received the Pfizer
COVID-19 vaccine - a group including physicians, nurses,
pharmacists and members of our environmental services team, as well
as some of our community's first responders.
"The vaccine means I don't have to worry every day that I'm
bringing the virus home to my kids and my husband." Today,
MultiCare received its first shipments of the Pfizer vaccine. There
were around 4,000 doses delivered to three of our campuses.
"MultiCare's pharmacy teams are part of history today as they take
in our first shipments of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and implement
new protocols to ensure proper storage for the vaccine at ultra-low
temperatures," said Tim Lynch, Chief Pharmacy Officer The COVID-19
pandemic is far from over, but at long last there's a light at the
end of the tunnel. The FDA issued Emergency Use Authorization to
Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine and doses are now shipping to all 50
states. We don't know yet how many vaccines we'll get here in
Washington, or when it will be widely available to members of the
public. The first groups to get the vaccine will include health
care workers in high-risk settings, high-risk first responders, and
residents and staff of nursing homes and assisted living
facilities. Other groups will be added as we receive more
vaccines.

International to offer free COVID-19 testing in South King
County.
The testing sites are drive up or walk up and are available on a
