NP or PA for Surgical 1st Assist Cardiothoracic Surgery

SPECIALTY: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an NP or PA to provide locums coverage until a permanent candidate can be found. Locums provider can be considered to go perm or we can present as a permanent candidate. Must have 3 years' experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery and surgical first assist and be proficient in endoscopic vein/radial artery harvesting. Must have experience in Outpatient clinic, ICU, and CVICU. Will wait for License and reimburse the cost of Licensing!! Travel logistics and malpractice is paid.

Breakdown of responsibilities:
--- Work in Outpatient Clinics 10%
--- Inpatient Management 30%
--- First Assist in OR 60%
Start: 06/10/2019 until Permanent is Hired
Shift: Mon-Fri Full-time
Call: On Weekday/week & 1:5 Weekends
Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, and OR
EMR: EPIC

REQUIREMENTS:
--- WA License before Start
--- DEA and Prescriptive Authority
--- BLS

COMPENSATION:
--- Locums: $75-95.00/hour, commensurate on experience and availability
--- Permanent: Rate will be discussed directly with site
