Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervises and mentors Engineering and
Coordinate projects and downtime with key personnel.
Holds a degree with strong expertise in either Mechanical or
Manage the schedules of Engineering and Electrical staff to
include an On-Call schedule.
Oversees Engineering repair procedures and assists in defining
the root cause of the problem.
Work with the Plant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and
Production Manager in developing the scope and cost estimates
for capital projects.
Responsible for systemic organization and updating of
design files through the Engineering team.
Responsible for change management through systems, written and
verbal communication, and record-keeping.
Work with outside vendors to maintain current knowledge of
mechanical, electrical, and control systems for the entire

Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government
regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are
reported and corrected.

Successful Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Electrical
five to six years of
Engineering and Management experience.
Strong preventative maintenance background.
Project Management experience.
Ability to create, read, analyze and interpret blueprints,
business communications, and effectively communicate and implement
important information to the team(s).
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability to problem
solve both day to day machine issues as well as high-level
Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Attention to detail required.
Must be able to proficiently operate a personal computer and
other various standard office machines and equipment necessary to
