Compensation: $105,000 - $175,000 yearly Responsibilities: - Independent case management, including complex child custody disputes, divorces, international child abduction, complex finances, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health. - Representation of clients in court for motions, hearings, and trials. - Representation of clients in mediations and arbitrations. - Preparation of and engagement in discovery, including depositions. - Strong research and writing skills. Qualifications: - 2 years of experience in a Washington family law practice. - Excellent time management and communication skills. - Ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. - Flexibility to work in various international time zones. - Compassionate guidance for clients. - Enthusiasm to engage in marketing efforts, network, and become a leader in the area of family law. - Ability to be a team player in the office setting.
