Job Description Job Description Family Law Attorney A respected Washington family law firm with offices in Seattle, Bellevue, and Spokane is seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney to join its King County team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney with experience-or a strong interest-in family law to take ownership of their caseload while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid/remote work environment. The firm offers a collaborative culture, hands-on mentorship, and a client-centered approach to legal advocacy. Position Overview We are looking for an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience and 1 year of family law experience. The ideal candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, comfortable navigating emotionally charged situations, and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients navigating complex family matters. Key Responsibilities - Manage family law cases from intake through resolution - Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence - Conduct legal research and develop case strategy - Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials - Maintain regular client communication and provide compassionate counsel - Collaborate with a supportive legal team and contribute to firm-wide success - Maintain accurate timekeeping and meet reasonable billing expectations Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited law school - Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar - 2 years of litigation experience - 1 year of family law experience - Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills - Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits - Base salary range: 100k-250k (depending on experience) Bonus - Hybrid/remote flexibility with limited in-person court appearances - 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Year-end bonuses and performance incentives - Fully equipped home office setup - Supportive, team-oriented culture with mentorship opportunities - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
