Job Description:
Help lead the strategic direction for how Amazon hires corporate
talent. In this pivotal role, you will reshape how Amazon engages
with millions of candidates globally, driving innovations that
transform the hiring experience at Amazon's unmatched scale. You
will own critical technology solutions that enable Amazon to
identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent who will ultimately
serve our customers better. Your vision will directly impact

through reimagined candidate journeys, personalized communications,
and intuitive self-service experiences. Key job responsibilities As
a product leader within the core Shared Services platform team, you
will define the vision and roadmap for solutions that support
end-to-end global hiring operations. You'll spearhead product
innovation by designing digital experiences that revolutionize how
candidates discover, engage with, and navigate Amazon's hiring
process. Your product vision will deliver next-generation
self-service platforms, intelligent communication systems, and
personalized digital touchpoints. You'll need to embrace emerging
technologies and design thinking to create intuitive, frictionless
experiences that enable Amazon to find future Amazonians. You'll
integrate AI technologies strategically to enhance personalization
while establishing a unified technology foundation that enable
other teams to deliver more rapidly. Working cross-functionally
with engineering, design, and recruiting teams, you'll champion a
product-led approach to solving complex hiring challenges at scale.
You'll drive architectural decisions ensuring scalability and
security while enabling rapid innovation and experimentation. By
connecting these innovations directly to key hiring metrics, you'll
develop data-driven insights that improve talent acquisition
outcomes, reduce operational costs, and support evolving business
needs—ultimately transforming how Amazon competes for top talent
globally. A day in the life Your calendar reflects the multifaceted
nature of product leadership—shifting seamlessly between strategic
and tactical. You toggle between analyzing candidate journey
metrics and collaborating with engineers on a critical service
degradation. You navigate competing priorities from recruiting
directors and hiring managers. You carve out focused time to review
UX prototypes for a self-service feature, providing feedback that
balances candidate delight with technical feasibility. Between
meetings, you draft a business case for expanding your AI
personalization engine and respond to Slack threads where your team
debates implementation approaches. A quick coffee chat with a peer
in recruiting operations yields valuable insights about field
challenges. Throughout it all, you remain anchored by the knowledge
that each improvement to your platform impacts millions of
candidate experiences and ultimately, Amazon's ability to secure
exceptional talent. About the team Workforce Solutions (WS)
empowers our customers by providing integrated, people-focused
solutions that streamline hiring processes for WW Stores, AWS,
Devices, and Talent Acquisition. As stewards of the employee

opportunities through our services. - Bachelor's degree in computer
science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or
equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and
definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a
product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around
technology decisions and strategy related to a product - 2 years of
technical product or program management experience - Experience in
representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and
stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning -
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview,
QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new
tools - Master's degree in computer science, engineering,
analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent - 5 years of

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
