be performed. As a Network Development Manager, you will lead a
high-performing team delivering production-ready network
implementations across Leo's facilities. You'll manage vendor
relationships, enterprise and cloud network infrastructure, and
ensure scalability supporting rapid growth. You will drive
integration of advanced networking technologies into robust,
scalable architectures while establishing best practices, SOPs, and
automation frameworks ensuring operational efficiency and
reliability. Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering,
security, and program teams, you'll uphold the highest standards
while identifying risks, removing bottlenecks, and influencing
technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Join a

Excellence: Drive operational excellence by creating efficient
processes and procedures for daily tasks and projects. Establish
and enforce network standards and policies while ensuring full
compliance. Partner closely with internal customers to address
their needs and resolve issues promptly. Network Measurement Drive
quality into reported metrics to focus efforts on highest-ROI
areas, including issue tracking, network capacity, vendor
equipment/failure analysis, and network performance. Performance
Management/Team Health: Own all facets of performance and career
management. Conduct regular one-on-ones with all team members,
providing both technical and soft-skill mentoring to maintain a
world-class organization. Incident/Change Management: Develop and
improve incident and change management within Networking. Drive
improvements to existing tools and processes while providing
feedback on new practices to scale with Amazon's rapid platform and
customer base expansion. Automation: Drive the team to analyze
daily operations and identify automation opportunities. Champion
integration of AI and machine learning to enhance network
automation and operations. A day in the life You'll lead a team of
engineers supporting Leo's enterprise network, balancing strategic
planning with hands-on problem solving—unblocking your team,
aligning priorities across organizations. When critical outages
arise, you serve as the escalation point, leading root cause
analysis to restore services swiftly. Driving innovation is
essential—you identify automation opportunities and encourage the
team to eliminate repetitive tasks. Through regular one-on-ones,
you coach engineers on technical growth, set performance goals, and
refine capacity plans to support future scaling. - Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science or a related field - 8 years of
engineering experience - 8 years of managing teams experience - 3
years of past experience with network engineering either as a
manager or individual contributor. - Experience presenting root
cause analysis and error correction from operational events to
senior management - Experience developing operational metrics -
Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting -
Experience representing your team or technical area to senior
management - Experience in communicating with users, other
technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements,
describe software product features, technical designs, and product

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
