Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to help shape the future of the T Life App. You will work with a talented team of mobile developers to design, implement, and maintain high-quality features that meet business and customer needs. Your focus will be on building scalable, performant, and secure mobile solutions that enhance the customer experience within the T-Life app and T-Mobile's broader app ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in mobile development, including modern architecture patterns, testing strategies, and performance optimization, along with strong collaboration skills. Job Responsibilities:
Technical Engineering Services:

• 
  
• Develop software solutions, conduct tests and inspections, and prepare reports. Supervise engineers as needed.
  
• Understand system protocols, data flows, and current technologies. Develop full software stacks and collaborate with system engineers to define requirements.

  • Design and review systems to incorporate new ideas and improve efficiency.
    
  • Contribute to creating company IPR.
    
    Technical Leadership:
    
    • 
      
    • Collaborate with technical teams and share knowledge through mentoring and workshops.

      • Support business goals with new and existing technology options.
        
      • Understand system protocols and develop full software stacks independently.

        • Create documentation for technology and systems design.
          
          Qualifications:
          
          • 
            
          • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
            
          • 4-7 years of technical engineering experience
            
          • 5+ years in Android development, with experience on consumer apps
            
          • Proficiency in Kotlin, Dagger, RxJava, Compose, Espresso, Git
            
          • Knowledge of HTTP, REST, Android lifecycle, and app store compliance
            
          • Experience with CI/CD tools like Fastlane, Docker
            
          • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

              Compensation and Benefits:
