Salesforce Zendesk Business Technology Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and automation across tools to provide
best-in-class customer experiences
Partner with business leads to define the roadmap for Salesforce
and Zendesk ecosystems
Mentor and provide feedback to a team of business systems
analysts
Required Qualifications:
5+ years hands-on experience designing, configuring, and
integrating Salesforce and related B2B systems
3+ years experience in Zendesk or related customer support tooling
(B2C)
3+ years of people management experience
Experience designing and implementing tooling for B2B and B2C
customer support
Extensive track record of leading efficient execution through agile
delivery
