Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Technology Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement a technology strategy and roadmap for
end-to-end HR technology to deliver an effective employee
experience
Lead cross-functional teams across multiple HR functions to link HR
business strategy with technology
Analyze market and technology trends to identify opportunities for
new ideas applicable to the business
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM with knowledge of multiple
modules
Strong project-based experience managing multiple high-complexity
HR projects simultaneously
Understanding of Business Process Management and ability to conduct
business analysis
Solid understanding of HR processes, terminology, and best
practices
Working knowledge of Human Resources functions
