The Business Technology Specialist is responsible for working within the Propel Technology Services Team to partner with the business to convert business process needs into technology solutions that drive our business priorities.

• Act as a champion and partner with business and technology leadership to help prioritize and communicate solutions that adhere to insurance process standards.
• Leverage business and technology experience and resources to define, document, and refine process integration and automation.
• Contribute to program onboarding activity, creating program training materials, providing training to client engagement and service teams, and providing support to service personnel.
• Contribute to vendor management efforts and provide internal support and administration for client-facing insurance solutions like Indio and insulin.
• Participate in the technical integration and data migration efforts for company acquisitions.
  
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years of insurance industry experience, working with agency management systems like Sagitta, Epic, AMS360, or TAM.
  • Comprehension of insurance processes and account management functions.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and excel with change while maintaining customer focus.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office and industry applications.
  • Ability to work well within and across teams, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines while managing competing priorities. We're an -equal opportunity employer.
