Senior Manager, Operations and Training – Sales Operations
Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking
for a Senior Manager, Operations and Training - Sales Operations
(Level L) to lead the Operations and Training team based in
Seattle, Washington. The Senior Manager, Operations and Training –
Sales Operations will demonstrate a broad range of leadership
attributes, including the ability to connect with diverse audiences
about various sales activities, provide coaching and feedback to
team members, and maintain focus on team goals. They will energize,
excite, and motivate others to perform at their best by creating a
confident, winning atmosphere while training, mentoring, and
coaching team members. This position requires a manager who is both
an active participant in the group's work and a manager of people
(a “player-coach”). Due to the highly visible nature of the work
and the necessity for high-quality deliverables, you will often be
actively involved in the team's daily activities. The successful
candidate will demonstrate a “customer-first” attitude, be well
organized, manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively,
consistently look ahead to anticipate upcoming actions and be a
relentless problem solver. Position Responsibilities: Create
executive level presentations (BGS Sales and Executive Leadership
teams) Ensure leadership has briefing material for corporate and
customer meetings. Establish and track yearly imperatives, refine
critical metrics,. Compile and track airshow/tradeshow
announcements, project manage airshow operating rhythm, support
onsite execution and act as a liaison in planning meetings with
internal and external senior executives. Partner with groups within
Sales Operations to build data visualizations and Salesforce
processes to improve information flow within the organization
Quickly respond to business environment changes and subsequent
impacts on the organization (ex. data security, geopolitical,
market changes, etc…). Oversight of organizational compliance
including but not limited to, Records and Information Management,
Pro-6 and Corporate Sponsorships. Oversight of training initiatives
including professional development, employee skill proficiency and
new employee orientation. Manage and develop a team of up to five
employees with broad work scope Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): 3 years of experience in a formal or informal
leadership position 3 years of experience facilitating meetings &
presenting to senior leadership 3 years of experience managing
projects that involve cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
3 years of experience balancing multiple competing priorities and
work streams Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher 5 years of experience within Sales,
Marketing or Business Development 5 years of experience in the
aviation or aviation services industry 5 years of experience
coaching, guiding and mentoring teams 5 years of experience using
digital tools which include Microsoft Office Products, Salesforce,

Summary pay range: 172,550 - 233,450 Language Requirements: Not
