Job Description Job Description About the Role Provide comprehensive adult and geriatric care in skilled nursing and post?acute settings . Work autonomously with strong support from supervising physicians and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high?quality onsite care. Key Responsibilities Perform histories, physical exams, and manage acute/chronic conditions Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics Prescribe medications and therapies Educate patients and families on care plans Maintain timely EMR documentation Collaborate with facility teams and peer providers Qualifications Licensed NP or PA in Washington DEA eligible Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation New grads welcome; experience with adult/geriatric or post?acute care is a plus Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
