Our client is currently seeking an HR Manager for their manufatcuring plant located in the Seattle WA area.Responsibilities: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, organizational structure, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives.Spearhead the evolution of our HR infrastructure with an emphasis on employer compliance and employee relationsWork to invigorate and drive culture through incentives and reward systemsSet the strategy on how to scale our HR practices as we continue to growContinuously improve company programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organizationEvaluates the HR division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as for providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.Qualifications:Experience within an industrial, distribution or manufacturing facility is highly preferredPHR/SPHR/SHRM certification are a plus3+ years of HR Business Partner / HR Management or Generalist experienceBachelor's Degree requiredBilingual Spanish strongly preferred and experience recruiting and training hourly workforce is requiredRequirements/Skills:HRGreat salary plus Bonus & RelocationPlease send resumes to Samantha Pena at Spena judge.com
