Position Details Location: Tacoma, WA Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Qualifications Bachelor---s Degree (Required) Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and ability to work under pressure Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction Responsibilities Assist candidates through Ro Health---s onboarding process Conduct reference and background checks Maintain and update employee credentials Run various monthly and weekly audits Manage new hire and termination paperwork Assist with workers' compensation, unemployment, and other claims Develop job descriptions New hire orientation Coordinate and manage the employee evaluation process Comply with regulatory agency requirements Other assignments as needed Compensation Quarterly Bonuses Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision PTO: 15 Days PTO 2 Floating Holidays 7 Paid Holidays (24 Paid Days Off) 401k: Vanguard 401k with 4% Employer Match Why Ro Health?
