    One of the largest global logistics / supply chain solutions providers in the world is actively seeking a Regional HR Business Partner/Manager. This position will have regional responsibility for policy development, staffing, talent management processes, compensation, payroll, employee benefits, employee relations, coaching and counseling senior leadership, and ensuring compliance with all Federal and State employment laws and regulations. The Business Partner will work closely on business strategy initiatives with business leaders in the Contract Logistics Business Unit.

    The key responsibility would be to consult with leaders to design and deliver effective solutions on a broad spectrum of initiatives.

    • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local legal requirements, Policies, Procedures, and Practices.
    • Provide HR consultation to assigned regional management to enable organization effectiveness to consistently achieve business results.
    • Provide guidance, counsel and active support to management and employees regarding implementation of HR policies and processes.
    • Manage implementation of HR processes including; staffing, job posting, annual performance review, promotion, merit increase and bonus programs
    • Partner with team to develop recruitment, sourcing and screening strategies, to meet business objectives.
    • Identify Training and Development needs and assist in the design and delivery.
      • Create and maintain quality working relationships with employees at all levels, both in person and remotely. Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with executives and their teams.
      • Assist in developing organizational plans by analyzing and reporting organizational issues and trends and working with the leaders to ensure organization effectiveness and proper implementation of change strategies. Drive various HR initiatives and processes within assigned region. Requirements:

        Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or other related field, Master, PHR a plus

        • Seven plus years of experience in Human Resources Management position
        • Proven successful recruitment experience including utilization of behavior based interviewing.
        • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; strong presentation and interpersonal skills
        • Strong knowledge of federal, state, employment labor laws and regulations
        • Capacity to work with limited supervision and support, in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment.
        • Experience using HRIS systems including Talent Acquisition tools
        • Experience designing compensation structures for all levels of an organization including hourly, salary, and variable compensation programs for sales and marketing
        • Experience using all Microsoft Office tools
        • Travel 30%
