Westin Seattle, located at 1900 5th Ave, Seattle, WA, 98101 is
currently hiring a Guest Services Coordinator. Responsibilities
include: Description The Westin Seattle is looking for a Guest
Services Coordinator whose responsibilities include: Administrative
work that includes but is not limited to: Scheduling, responding to
guest surveys, auditing of from office collateral, and inventory.
Assist Guest Service Management: Assist the Guest Service
Management team by responding to guest requests and concerns,
assisting front desk supervisors and agents with guest service
opportunities, and ensure pivotal information is communicated.
Working knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy Rewards program, assist with
billing, pre-arrival, and post-departure tasks. Guest and Group
Experience: Work closely with the Westin Experience Specialist to
ensure guest requests are met. Work with the Group coordinators and
sales team to ensure the Welcome and Farewell process for their
groups is seamless and in accordance with the group resume. Support
operations: Assist with Welcome, Farewell, Audit's and side duties.
Be available to answer associate and supervisor questions. Answer
phone calls to assist the front desk agents focus on the guests at
the desk. Room Operations: Demonstrate initiative, take ownership
of issues, and have good problem solving skills. Responsibilities
include room blocking, manage hotel room inventory, have a thorough
understanding of the front office and the hotel operation. At

will have an energizing yet relaxing personality and: -Must speak,
read, write and understand the primary languages in the workplace.
-Have excellent communication skills. -Possess basic computer
skills. -Have general knowledge of Seattle and its irresistible
attractions. -Be able to stand and exert well-paced ability for up
to four hours in length. -Must have at least 3 years of Guest
Service Experience with two years in a supervisory or management
role preferred. -Must have flexible availability as this position
may require you to work outside of normal business hours or
weekends. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure
uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Anticipate and
address guests'' service needs. Speak with others using clear and
professional language; prepare and review written documents
accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate
etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with
others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift,
carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to
10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties
