Hourly wage: $18.69
Position Summary:
Full-Time Customer Service Representative opening -available for
our Tacoma 11th St Medical/Dental/Behavioral Health -Clinic. -In
this position you will be assisting patients to access & establish
medical care, and other related services. Under the direction of
the Managed Care Department Head, they pro-actively contact
customers, assist in scheduling their initial appointment, answer
questions regarding online application processes, and provide
linkage to various services and programs. -
The qualified applicant must have strong multi-tasking skills and
exceptional customer service experience, excellent communication
skills and the ability to operate with a high level of
professionalism. In addition they must demonstrate strong time
management and organizational skills and must be detail oriented. -
They are expected to have a strong work ethic, exercise good
judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and have the ability to
work both independently and as part of a team. -They must also be
able to work in a fast paced environment and meet established goals
and deadlines
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in social services, healthcare, case management or
patient accounts is a plus
Computer skills are a must with emphasis on MS Excel and Word
Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
both written and orally
Must be able to work schedule between 11 am -to 8 pm on
Saturdays
Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Russian or English Vietnamese
required.
