by expanding our team. We have an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE
Nephrologist based at Virginia Mason Medical Center downtown
Seattle location and additionally providing services to our
regional medical centers. Our providers say they join our

collaboration. Aspects of the General Nephrology position: Position
information: Outpatient Clinics: We typically see patients in
clinic on 30-minute follow-up and 60-minute new patient intervals
and receive consultation requests both locally and regionally
within the Pacific Northwest. Our team is a clinically focused
collegial group of nephrologists, who enjoy collaborating and
supporting each other. Inpatient Services: Our nephrologist
oversees a busy inpatient consultative service at Virginia Mason
Medical Center. The hospital is home to a Virginia Mason Kidney and
Pancreas Transplant Program and is a destination center for
advanced cardiac services within the region. Clinical excellence:
Nephrology is looking to hire a general nephrologist to provide
high quality compassionate patient-centered nephrology care. This
nephrologist will be employed by Virginia Mason Franciscan Health
Physician Enterprise. This nephrologist will be based at our
downtown location. They will see patients at our downtown Seattle
location outpatient clinic and perform inpatient consultative
services at Virginia Mason Medical Center. They will also be
engaged in an outpatient clinic at one of our regional medical
centers within the Seattle metropolitan area. Team based approach:
Our nephrology team focuses on providing appropriate,
compassionate, and state-of-the art surgical and medical care for
our patients. Our staff and physicians comprise a dedicated and
collaborative team that support each other and work together to

$340,000 - $400,000 HEC Job Requirements BE/BC in nephrology
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA
Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for
